The facilities of Ancorotti Cosmetics and Ancorotti Perfumes are the result of Marco Ermentini’s “timid restoration”, an approach that gave new voice and dignity to a building originally designed in the 1960s by Marco Zanuso, in collaboration with Renzo Piano, and left abandoned for decades.
Today, the former Olivetti plant in Crema is a cosmetics manufacturing temple, striking a balance between industrial identity and beauty.
On Tuesday, May 14, starting at 7 PM at Villa e Collezione Panza in Varese, Marco Ermentini, the mind behind “Timidina,” will be protagonist of “Visionare – Dialogues on Architecture”, curated by Fulvio Irace for the Order of Architects PPC of Varese.
